Canopy Holdings is looking for a Commercial Outside Sales/Project Manager to join our growing team! This position is based in Omaha NE.

The Outside Sales/Project Manager will create and build client relationships with the goal of obtaining roofing projects.  They will facilitate the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Business development and outside sales
  • Knowledge of multiple industry commercial roof systems
  • Developing budgets and price estimates using standard models
  • Communicating back to Operations Manager the outcome of the negotiations/proposals focusing on conveying the expectations set forth for each Client
  • Collaborating with Operations and Field Supervisors to evaluate project performance
  • Tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components
  • Establishing and maintaining on-going client relationships to anticipate additional project requirements and resolve potential problems; participating in site visits/meetings
  • Performing other business and project management duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in Commercial Roofing industry business development
  • Ability to guide and inspire others to achieve the desired outcome
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Experience with budgeting processes
  • Self-motivated, self-starter
